National Participation Days (NPD) are meetings of actively involved, interested or potential stakeholders of the EUSDR on national, regional, and local levels. These meetings address civil society organisations and networks, local actors, academia, public authorities on local and regional levels as well as national institutions and experts active in the EUSDR institutions.
Since 2011, the state of Baden-Württemberg has engaged in the implementation of the EU strategy for the Danube area. On 2nd May 2017, the cabinet of Baden-Württemberg’s government passed guidelines for the further implementation of the EUSDR in Baden-Württemberg.
This information and participation event serves for the presentation of the new structures and core areas for the legislative period 2016 – 2020 in Baden-Württemberg and for the introduction of different possibilities of project support. At the same time, this event is the Participation Day of EUSDR in Baden-Württemberg and thus fosters the exchange of ideas between NGOs and administrations/politics.
