During their visit in Serbia, the DANET representatives from Ulm, Mrs. Carmen Stadelhofer and Ms. Mirjana Klapprodt, used different opportunities in the Serbian capital Belgrade for networking and exchange with different organisations interested in partnerships in the future.
On the last day of the trip they were invited to a meeting at the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts organised by the partner organisation Foundation for Human Aging Laza Lazarevic where they met representatives of the community Stari Grad, city Belgrade etc and discussed new project initiatives and project ideas that could be implemented in collaboration with the Danube Networkers. Last but not least, the national television of Serbia broadcasted an interview in the Morning show with Prof. Simeon Babic, who is a very enthusiastic and engaged partner of the DANET. This outstanding media support certainly contributed to a promotion of the project, said Mrs. Stadelhofer.
