The multiplicators’ visit aims to bring Serbia as a candidate for admission to the European Union closer to civil organizations in the Ulm area. During the visit the participants will visit Belgrad, Novi Sad and part of the Vojvodina in order to get a feeling for the country and its people.
The primary concern however is to learn about the civil society, educational, social, cultural, and ecological organizations and to exchange experiences (objectives, methods, needs and problems) with the responsible colleagues in Serbia. Civil engagement and civil participation as important elements of the civil society will be discussed.
Supported by the Ministry of the State of Baden-Württemberg within the Danube Region Strategy, the visit will be performed by the “Institute for Virtual and Real Learning in Adult Education at Ulm University (ILEU e.V.) in cooperation with the Foundation for Human Aging Laszlo Lazarevic und other Serbian organizations.
